– The number of clients an escort meets.
– The prices charged by the escort.
– The services offered by the escort.
– The location of meetings.
– The duration of meetings.

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Be a legal independent escort practicing in a country where escorting is legal.

By registering and using our website, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Registration and Fees

– A registration fee of €25 is required to begin using our services.
– Upon registration, independent escorts receive a 7-day free trial.
– To continue using our services after the free trial, a payment of €250 every 30 days is required.
– The first €250 payment is due the day after the free trial ends.
– If the 30-day payment of €250 is received later than 3 business days after the due date, Kalendix has the right to suspend services to the independent escort.

5. Use of Services

– Users agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes.
– Users must not use our services to engage in illegal activities or promote illegal activities.
– Kalendix reserves the right to terminate services for any user who violates these terms.

6. Escort Responsibilities

– Escorts must not use our services to engage in or facilitate illegal activities.
– Escorts must pay the fees described above to be eligible for Kalendix’s services.

7. Limitations of Liability

– Kalendix takes no responsibility if a client’s appointment is scheduled but the client fails to show up without notice or explanation.
– Kalendix is not liable for any disputes or confrontations between the escort and their client at the appointment.
– Kalendix is not responsible for any agreements or arrangements made between escorts and their clients.
– Kalendix is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our services.
– Escorts and clients use our services at their own risk.
– Kalendix is not liable or responsible for any criminal activity involving the escort and their clients.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
